Susan Cole

For over 25 years, Susan has worked in medical front offices and six years in human resources for a large banking organization.

She recently graduated from SRJC Culinary School with a certificate as a Pastry Chef and has been creating wedding cakes for over 35 years with a gold medal from the Sonoma County Harvest Fair.

Susan has been married for 43 years, has a daughter and three grandchildren that are her pride and joy. She enjoys her RV, spending time with friends, and Bocce.

Office Manager

Shannon Pedersen

Prior to joining the Family Wellness Medical Center, Shannon, with a 25+ year background in bookkeeping and office management, has worked in real estate, wedding event planning, retail, graphic design, and horticulture fields.

She volunteered for a year as the editor for the Native Plant Society's newsletter and studied Horticulture, Accounting, Business, and Computer Applications.

Shannon has been married for 21 years, has a daughter with a talent for the arts, and is a true cat lover whom enjoys time with family & friends, gardening, reading, interior decorating, and graphic design.
